The nonchalant saunter of woman on the road to progress has been drastic over the past few years. From being the oppressed ,women have now made an indelible impact on all walks of life. They have succeeded in carving a niche for themselves everywhere, even in previously male dominated bastions.

All this is in stark contrast to deplorable condition of women just half century back . In those days women were reduced to being mere home markers in most cases.hopes of anything more than nursing or perhaps teaching were quashed by the pressure society exerted.

But now, in the present scenario realizing their lights and recognizing their status, women have set a foot forward to assume leading positions in fields like sports corporate, medicine, engineering or eve politics. Women now have a platform to showcase their talents.

Says kiran Bedi – to be thought of half as useful as a man, i had to work twice as hard. these are the words of a woman who struggled a decade ago.

MCA (Master of Computer Applications) is best career option for those who missed the opportunity of Engineering degree. Any one who have taken Math at 10+2 level and passed in math at 10+2 are eligible for admission for MCA course in  some Indian college or university After completion of graduation in any subject.

MCA is usually 3 year course. After getting MCA degree they can apply for same post as Computer engineering graduate for any software company. B.E. in computer science and MCA degree are technically equivalent. But generally salary and job for MCA passed out is slightly lower as compared to B.E in computer science.

All colleges or Universities in which MCA course is there, take admission in their own way.

There is no single one window exam for getting admission in any universities except All India MCA Common Entrance Test (AIMCET). By qualifying AIMCET you will be eligible for admission in some state colleges on quota basis.

You need to apply separately for each universities where you are interested in taking admission. University will conduct written entrance exam, some universities may also conduct GD and interview. Criteria for admission may vary for different universities. All admission procedure information will be available at admission brochures.

Keep good command in math for sure admission. Read all syllabus of MCA entrance test and prepare for it.

Enable USB port for pen drive For Windows XP

If your computer admin has disabled your computer for using USB port, you can easily enable USB port  of computer for using your pen drive.

There are two method for it

1. If you know admin password, login with it and  just go at My computer > right click > Hardware> Device Manager>  click on plus sign of Universal  serials bus controllers > right click on each USB drive and enable all one by one..

2. If your PC admin disabled USB port through  BIOS setting and you don’t know  admin password, just do some risky work.

Off your computer, remove the power cable. After that open the chassis of your computer, remove the battery from the motherboard for 2-3 minute. put the battery again into motherboard, start your PC, All Bios setting will get resettled and you an use USB port till your PC admin   know that Your PC BIOS is in resetted condition. 6th pay commission 60% arrear with September 2009 salary for Central Gov Employees

All central Gov employee in India  will get rest 60% arrears amount with salary payment of September 2009. This order comes from the Government on 25th August.

The step will put a burden of over Rs 17,500 crore on the exchequer. Earlier, Central government employees was expecting 2nd installment of arrear i.e  60 % of arrear to get near Deewali, but Government acted fast and giving 2nd installment of Sixth pay commission arrear with September 2009 month salary.

If any central government department are slow or inactive, the employees working in that department may get 60% arrear with delay.

Many state government who approved pay for state Gov employees as per 6th pay commission, most of them already given full arrears amount.  For full and accurate information contact your salary section.
