Enable USB port for pen drive For Windows XP

If your computer admin has disabled your computer for using USB port, you can easily enable USB port  of computer for using your pen drive.

There are two method for it

1. If you know admin password, login with it and  just go at My computer > right click > Hardware> Device Manager>  click on plus sign of Universal  serials bus controllers > right click on each USB drive and enable all one by one..

2. If your PC admin disabled USB port through  BIOS setting and you don’t know  admin password, just do some risky work.

Off your computer, remove the power cable. After that open the chassis of your computer, remove the battery from the motherboard for 2-3 minute. put the battery again into motherboard, start your PC, All Bios setting will get resettled and you an use USB port till your PC admin   know that Your PC BIOS is in resetted condition. 6th pay commission 60% arrear with September 2009 salary for Central Gov Employees

All central Gov employee in India  will get rest 60% arrears amount with salary payment of September 2009. This order comes from the Government on 25th August.

The step will put a burden of over Rs 17,500 crore on the exchequer. Earlier, Central government employees was expecting 2nd installment of arrear i.e  60 % of arrear to get near Deewali, but Government acted fast and giving 2nd installment of Sixth pay commission arrear with September 2009 month salary.

If any central government department are slow or inactive, the employees working in that department may get 60% arrear with delay.

Many state government who approved pay for state Gov employees as per 6th pay commission, most of them already given full arrears amount.  For full and accurate information contact your salary section.

Disable Right Click and copying the content in Blogger / Blogspot Blogs

It is too easy to disable Right Click on your BlogSpot or blogger blog, so that you can protect your blog from content thief.  The following code actually disables the mouse action on your blog.

There are many people who directly copying the content of your blogspot blog and pasting it their own blog,

This trick is also the good way to increase traffic of your blog, people can not store your content at anywhere, so every time they need to read the content, each time they require to visit your blog.

But rememer that it may affact some good users of your blog also, as many people may require the content in same form for other perose.

So if you want to disable Right Click of mouse for your blogger / Blogspot blog, just do following.

Step 1 : Go to Dashboard > Layout > Add Gadget > HTML / JavaScript

Add Retweet button (twitter count) on each blog post in Blogger or Wordpress Theme

Retweet button gives user the option to directly tweet your blog post link. In this way your blog post will get more traffic from twitter user. It work just like Digg.com.

Retweet button also shows the count of tweet, i.e the number shows how many people twitted your blog post URL.

If you are using Blogger or blogspot theme you should use following steps>

Just go to LAYOUT> Add a Gadget > HTML/ Java Script

paste the following code (do not write anything in Title)

put the above code at the place where you want the retweet button to show.

Short URL of your post will be generated automatically.

If you are using wordpress blog,  go to THEME Edit section and edit the single post page code. Put the above code where you want   retweet button to display.  You can use above code in same way , but if you want some modification in size or layout of button you should use wordpress plugin.The best way is to install wordpress reweet plugin That you can download it from here.
